L'Hourcancilloise

The H&A Frenchman Triathlon Festival is a race originally designed for an XXL format in the Médoc. It is above all an event for triathletes, their families and friends. In search of novelties, triathletes are present every year according to the proposed formats (M, L and XXL). Experienced triathletes, amateurs and families, come and take part in this fantastic multi-sport weekend.

Festival du Court Théâtre
Over a weekend, 24 companies (amateur, semi-professional and professional) will take turns performing their short plays for the general public and a jury of professionals.
Their objective? To pass the qualifications, reach the final and win the first prize! Where? In Carcans-Maubuisson, on 4 open-air stages and at the Salle de l'Estran
By whom? The Médoc Atlantique Tourist Office and the town of Carcans-Maubuisson in partnership with the Cours Florent.

Soulac 1900
Put on your best costume and join the beautiful seaside resort of Soulac-sur-Mer to relive the era of the first sea baths. Each year a different theme is honoured and from the arrival of the steam train, to the market of yesteryear, to the musical entertainment in the town, it is a whole community that relives the 1900 era.

Lacanau Beach Handball Xperience
The idea of organising this Beach Handball tournament was born thanks to the members of the Lacanau Océhand club. They have the ambition to develop this discipline which is very popular in Europe but not very well known in France. On the programme: a tournament with international professional matches and before the tournament, discovery workshops for schoolchildren will be organised in order to make this sport known to the greatest number of people, mixing competition and respect for the environment. All holidaymakers are welcome to encourage them.

The World Flip Flop Throwing Championship
You're not dreaming, the event does exist in Gironde, iin Médoc Atlantique. It is a unique event! This event is practiced by two people. Every year since 2003, about fifty teams divided into Junior (under 15 years old) and Senior categories, try to beat the flip-flop throwing record. The principle is simple, or almost: the first player throws the flip-flop with his foot, the second catches it without it reaching the ground.

The Gurp TT
The GURP TT is the first race of the year! The CFS pilots arrive sharpened up, ready to test themselves one last time before the grand finale in Le Touquet: the Enduropale. The GURP is the only CFS event that takes place both on the beach (4.2km) and in the forest (9km) for a total of 13.2 kilometres of track. It is a perfect mix between Saint-Léger and Hossegor.
