With vineyards recognized since the fourteenth century, Château Castera is one of the oldest areas of the Médoc. Its 63 hectares of vines spread over 2 types of soil constitute a real exceptional terroir: it is all this prestigious past that we propose to you to discover.
The varieties of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon (strong variety of the Médoc), which allow the estate to produce 6 different wines, will soon have no more secrets for you, thanks to a tour combining history, architecture and vinification.
And because the children are visitors like the others, the speech of the visits is adapted for them, with accessible pictorial and playful panels and quiz booklets.
