"La Petite Canau" is a 45 ha marine farm created in 1988 in Saint-Vivien du Médoc. Extensive farming of prawns (certified "Bio") and the refining of oysters are carried out in parallel.

Our "Claires du Médoc" oysters first developed in open sea for two to three years on the open sea parks of our partners in the Marennes, Bassin d'Arcachon and Normandy.
Selected for their shell and quality of flesh, they will flourish (in a few weeks or months after the seasons) in our clear on the edge of the Gironde estuary.
The richness and diversity of the plankton, the fruit of the mixture of the fertile waters of the estuary and those of the nearby ocean, combined with the quality of the terroir of our clay clay, offer them dense flesh with exceptional taste.
